At SILVERSHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
